We have set ourselves the objective of creating innovative tools and methodologies for our training programs that use the latest technology to facilitate learning. To achieve this, we have developed the following techniques:
Basic Rope Access
A highly effective way to promote learning is by real life exposure. Since 2015, we have been creating a whole host of resources ranging from simple structure to sophisticated inaccessible for candidates, which allow us to use these structure in both basic and advance competency throughout the training module.
Working at Height
We have developed a pioneering virtual reality training program that allows our employees and candidates to experience the 7 Golden Rules environment by Vision Zero Global. Over 500 employees and candidates have already tried out this original training technique.
