We designed our own Safety Culture model.

Safety is fundamental and non-negotiable, and must guide all of our actions and commitments. The safety culture encompasses the behaviors, beliefs, and values that all of the people at our company share as a way of controlling the risks present in our activities.

Applying the most stringent safety standards.

Safety and awareness training is essential.

Safety training is one of the most effective actions for improving management and performance and preventing risk situations. Our main Rope Access PRO! training programs are related to risk and incident management, safety leadership, driving, safety and transport of people, fire-fighting, and emergency plans.

Raising awareness among our clients and suppliers is a basic pillar. We transmit our safety culture to them, ensuring that client who permits us enter their facilities have understanding that we have necessary safety training to carry out our work. We share good practices and procedures with clients and give sensitization and awareness talk.

We launched a range of recognition campaigns for industrial rope access, such as the 10 Basic Safety Rules, 7 Vision Zero Golden Rule and recognize employee that carry out the best safety actions.
